We understand things happen in our lives beyond our control and sometimes the kindest thing we can do for our pets is to surrender them to a trusted rescue. Should you find yourself in need of surrendering your dachshund, the Atlantic Canadian Dachshund Rescue is here for you, without judgment.​

With over 20 years in existence and many more years of experience with our trusted and wonderful foster families, we will have your dachshund vetted and loved while in care with ACDR. Then, when they are ready for their 'fur-ever' home, they will be placed in the lap of luxury with an approved adoptive family, for the rest of their lives.
